This location was strategically selected and the facility purpose built for the Centurion Transport Co as their national head office and logistics hub.

Positioned in the Perth Airport industrial precinct and located on the corner of Abernethy Road and Yagine Close, the property is serviced by an extensive road network linking directly to Great Eastern Highway, Roe Highway and Tonkin Highway, which is integral to the businesses requirements.

The facility spans over 12 hectares and includes over 1,500m2 of office, 33,000m2 of warehouse and awnings, workshop wash bay, cold storage and driver’s rest area. Ancillary improvements includes extensive heavy duty hardstand, weigh bridge and loading docks.

Birchmead led the acquisition, design and delivery of this project through to practical completion. In 2016, Birchmead successfully completed a transaction with Charter Hall for the sale of a portion of the facility.
