Constructed in the Bringelly Road Business Hub, this site is a new master plan approved business park located within the South West Growth Corridor between Moorebank Intermodal Terminal and the proposed Badgerys Creek Airport.

This facility (consisting of a 1,500m2 showroom, 2,400m2 warehouse, 1,800m2 workshop and a 640m2 office) was purpose built for the CEA dealership and distribution head office in Sydney. Access road networks include the M5 and M7 Motorway.

Birchmead’s development management division BPG Projects acted as lead project manager providing consulting services to CEA, including design development, preparation of performance specifications, coordinating the tender process, negotiating lease terms, superintending the construction contract, coordinating the tenant fit out works and managing the handover.
