Strategically located within the Gap Ridge Industrial Estate in Karratha, this 10ha site has been set up for multiple tenancies and supports a range of industries from transport & logistics, mining services and equipment hire.

Three independent facilities have been constructed to date with leases in place to Downer, Minprovise and Centurion Transport Co.  Each facility includes modern offices, warehouses, workshops and a mix of concrete, asphalt and crushed rock hardstand.

The site acquisition, marketing, leasing, design, construction, asset management of each building has been undertaken by Birchmead. In addition, Birchmead managed the forward works required for the individual tenancies including internal roadworks and extension of all services to each site.
