Purchased in 2001 and redeveloped in 2019, Birchmead worked in close collaboration with the tenant (Centurion Transport Co) to design and deliver this project from initial inception through to practical completion.
A purpose-built distribution facility currently leased to Centurion Transport Co with RAV7 access (for triple road trains up to 36.5m) and close proximity to the Great Eastern Hwy. The facility covers 2.2 hectares and includes 200m2 of office and staff amenities and 1,750m2 of workshop, warehouse, breezeway and wash bay. Ancillary improvements include over 15,000m2 of heavy duty hardstand, a loading dock and full truck circulation around the site. The design provides the ability to expand and accommodate future business growth requirements.
