Alumina Industrial Park (RIZ)

Alumina Industrial Park (AIP) is one of the most recent acquisitions for Birchmead. Consisting of five lots in the Rockingham Industry Zone, ranging in size from 2ha to 5ha and spanning approximately 16ha, the lots will be developed by Birchmead Property Group to suit tenants specific requirements.

Located within the Western Trade Coast, in Perth’s southern suburb of Rockingham, the site is strategically located with direct connections to road, port and freight transport infrastructure. RAV-7 access is provided to all lots in the Park, enabling access for vehicles up to 36.5m in length via a signalised intersection at the Patterson Road / Alloy Avenue intersection. The site has excellent access to the Kwinana Freeway and the Tonkin Highway Southern entrance.

The AIP will target a minimum 5 star green star design and as-built certification for all buildings.

Birchmead negotiated the acquisition and is undertaking all development, asset and property management services for this project, including managing the leasing and marketing of the sites.

All lots are fully serviced with electricity, sewer, storm water drainage and NBN communications infrastructure in place.

Birchmead has recently obtained Development Application approval for a workshop, warehouse and office development with supporting hardstand (approximately 2,000m2 of GFA).
